Refunds / Warranty

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee ensures you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Initiate a return by contacting us at support@jdsmotorsports.com. If approved, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Unapproved returns won't be accepted.

Returns incur a 20% restocking fee, unless specified otherwise. You're responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective, in which case we cover return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We're not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Our products are designed for professional installation, and it's crucial to have them installed by a professional. We do not take responsibility for any damage to the item or vehicle after installation. Additionally, we are not liable for items getting damaged, vehicle damage, broken items, or items falling off.

When you receive your order, carefully inspect the packaging and products. Note any damages, irregularities, or issues such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product. Make sure to include this information on the freight bill or receipt while the delivery driver is present.

Keep all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to evaluate. Do not refuse the shipment or return it without approval, as this may affect your ability to file a damage claim. A signed receipt without any notations releases the carrier, manufacturer, and dealer from further damage claims. Responsibility for discovering damages after clear delivery rests with the customer.

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours to the carrier (trucking company), dealer, and manufacturer.

Regarding damages with proper notations on the receipt, the carrier will decide whether to cover repair costs or provide a replacement based on the damaged goods' replacement value. This value corresponds to what the buyer paid to the distributor and is not open to negotiation.

Any disputes concerning settlement amounts should be directed to the carrier. The manufacturer or dealer is not responsible for damaged products or resolving claims with the carrier.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Our products are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

This warranty covers:

  • Any material defects in the product's manufacturing
  • Any workmanship defects under normal use
  • Any broken components under normal use

However, please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to negligence
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by natural disasters
  • Damage resulting from user error or non-professional installation
  • Carbon Fiber fading after 90 days
  • Theft or loss of the product

If your product qualifies for warranty coverage, we will either replace it with a new one or provide a refund equal to the product's price.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@jdsmotorsports.com. Keep in mind that there may be charges for return label fees and shipment of the replacement.


For a seamless exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund process.

International Refunds

Customers located outside the United States are responsible for covering all return shipping and handling fees. Please note that international orders may not qualify for refunds due to the higher costs associated with international shipping.
